Programs

The Greater Cleveland Alumnae Chapter has extensive, exciting
programs. There is at least one program in each of the 5 point Programs.

Specifically, in the area of Educational Development we have Teen-Lift,
Dr. Betty Shabazz Delta Academy, Teen Mothers Support,
Dr. Jeanne Noble Delta GEMS
(Growing and Empowering Myself Successfully), and
Scholarship Programs.

The Physical and Mental Health Committee is dedicated to internal and
external programming. In addition, the Courtesy Committee tends to
the emotional and spiritual welfare of our chapter members.

In Political Awareness we have very active Social Action and Arts and
Letters Committees.

In the Economic Development area we have Endowment,
and Fund Raising Committees. We also have a Projects Committee that
will assist us in applying for grants.

In addition, we have a number of Membership Services Committees,
such as, the CORDS, Convention, Hotline, Newsette, Roster, Social, and
Protocol Committees.

We also have Special Event Committees, such as, Founders Day,
Opening Meeting, and Formal Dance Committees.

We in the Greater Cleveland Alumnae Chapter are very busy. There is a
committee for everyone! Become an active soror by
